Bullying
has been a worst issue ever since and is very prone among teenagers and
young adults. But these days, bullies are not just present in schools
and work places; they are now starting to breed in social media sites.
And unfortunately, they do not only target the nerds and weak teenagers
and young adults, but they also target young professionals, politicians,
teachers and to make it short, everyone in all shapes, sizes and ages.
Many people took their lives because of this; bullying doesn’t only
hurt someone physically but it also attacks the psychological part of
the person. Self-esteem is very important, without this, you cannot
function well and may cause mental retardation. Bullying is like HIV, it
kills your self-esteem if you just let yourself be affected with what
people are saying against you. So here are some tips on how to survive
bullying.
- ACCEPTANCE

Now,
when someone calls me nigger, African, charcoal or negro, I get
flattered and even boast for it, I even tell everyone that I am a half
Jamaican even if I’m not. After that, bullies no longer tease me, in
fact I am the one who always initiate people to consider me as a
half-jamaican or half African and they will really deny that. See? It
went the other way.
Barbie
girls are made of plastic and as much as we wanna say that it is
fantastic for us humans, no it is not. You do not have to pretend to be
someone you are not, because if you try hard to be a better person, the
bullies will tease you more. Just be yourself and then apply the first
step, show them the real you. You have no idea how those bullies are
hurt inside for they cannot express themselves too much just to keep up
with the pretentions
- RENOVATE
